Data Deletion Instructions — Postiz Application

Effective date: 12 August 2026

This page explains how users of Postiz can request deletion of their
personal data from our systems. Postiz is operated by Centrale Telefoniczne Paweł
Matyja, ul. Warszawska 236/5, 43-155 Bieruń, Poland, NIP 6462629132.

What Data We Collect

When you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or other social media account to Postiz,
we may collect the following data:

  • Your name, username, and profile picture
  • Your email address
  • Your Facebook User ID
  • Access tokens for your connected social media accounts
  • Content you publish or schedule (posts, images, videos, captions)
  • Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach, impressions)
  • Page and account information for Pages you manage
  • Technical logs and error information

How to Request Data Deletion

You have two options to request deletion of your data:

Option 1: Automatic — Disconnect Your Account

  1. Log in to your Postiz account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Social Accounts
  3. Click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads)
  4. Confirm the disconnection
  5. Your access tokens are immediately revoked
  6. Your personal data is deleted from our systems within 30 days

Option 2: Manual — Email Request

  1. Send an email to biuro@e-prolab.eu
  2. Subject line: „Data Deletion Request — Postiz”
  3. Include in the body:
    • The email address associated with your Postiz account
    • The Facebook User ID or email of the account you want deleted
    • A clear statement that you want your data deleted
  4. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours acknowledging your request
  5. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving the request

Option 3: Facebook App Removal

You can also remove Postiz from your Facebook account directly:

  1. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find Postiz in the list
  3. Click Remove and select Delete data
  4. Facebook sends a data deletion request to our system
  5. Your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days

What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we remove the following from our systems:

  • Your name, username, and profile information
  • Your email address
  • Your profile picture
  • Your Facebook User ID
  • Access tokens for all connected social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads)
  • Analytics and performance metrics for your published content
  • Account settings and preferences
  • Content you created through the Application
  • Technical logs associated with your account

Data We May Retain

We may retain the following data where required by law:

  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
  • Records required for legal compliance (e.g., tax records, accounting documents, court orders)
  • Data retained to comply with a legal obligation or law enforcement request

Processing Timeframe

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

Confirmation

You will receive:

  • An acknowledgment email within 48 hours of submitting your request
  • A confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted
