Postiz — Terms of Service

1. Service Operator
Postiz is operated by Paweł Matyja, conducting business as Centrale Telefoniczne
Paweł Matyja, ul. Warszawska 236/5, 43-155 Bieruń, Poland, NIP 6462629132, REGON
240498089 (the „Operator”). Questions about these Terms or the service may be sent to

2. Description of the Service
Postiz is a web-based social media management service that allows users to connect
supported social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage, prepare and
preview content, choose publication settings, publish content immediately or schedule
it, and review publication status and analytics.
3. User Accounts and Authorization
Users must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials secure. A
user may connect only social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
Connections to third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok,
Threads) are established through the authorization mechanisms provided by those
platforms and may be revoked by the user at any time.
4. Facebook and Instagram Features
When a user connects Facebook or Instagram, Postiz uses the Meta Graph API and related
products within the permissions granted by that user. The user remains in control of
the content they create, the caption, privacy level, and publication settings. Content
is uploaded or published only after the user explicitly confirms the action.
Use of Facebook and Instagram through Postiz is also subject to Meta’s own terms,
policies, and technical limitations.
5. User Content
Users retain ownership of their content. By submitting content to Postiz, the user
grants the Operator only the limited permission necessary to process, store
temporarily, transmit, and publish that content according to the user’s instructions.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the content and any music, images,
trademarks, or other materials used in it do not infringe third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the service to:
- Publish unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content
- Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited messages
- Impersonate another person or business
- Bypass platform restrictions or security measures
- Access accounts without authorization
- Violate the terms of any connected social media platform
The Operator may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, third
parties, the Operator, or connected platforms.
7. Availability and Third-Party Services
The Operator aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted
availability. Publishing may be delayed or rejected because of maintenance, network
failures, platform outages, account restrictions, rate limits, or changes to
third-party APIs. The Operator is not responsible for the actions, policies, or
outages of Facebook, Instagram, or other connected platforms.
8. Privacy and Data
The Operator processes user data in accordance with the
Privacy Policy and
applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR). Users can request deletion of their data at any time by following the
instructions on the
Data Deletion Instructions
page.
9. Fees and Subscriptions
Postiz may offer paid subscription plans. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies
are described on the pricing page or in the subscription agreement. The Operator may
change fees with reasonable advance notice.
10. Termination
Users may close their account at any time. The Operator may suspend or terminate
access if the user violates these Terms, fails to pay applicable fees, or when
required to protect the service or other users.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits,
data, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the
service.
12. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be
communicated through the service or by email. Continued use of the service after
changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be
resolved in the courts of Poland unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer
protection law.
